About
The Sociodigital Innovation Group (SDI) is an internal structure dedicated to integrating the language, practices, and culture of innovation into scientific research, as well as promoting the production of scientific results with the potential for societal application.
Recognizing the role of social sciences in understanding and guiding innovation processes, the SDI will seek to strengthen the Laboratory's capacity to incorporate innovative approaches throughout the entire research cycle. The group will act simultaneously as a space for transforming scientific practices and as a mechanism for enhancing the value of the produced results.
In this context, the SDI will operate as a transversal support platform for researchers, promoting the adoption of digital methods, collaborative approaches, and impact-oriented practices. In parallel, it will encourage the development of research outcomes with the potential to generate innovative solutions, contributing to their translation into applications, tools, policies, or models with societal relevance.
